Contributor network · beta pass
Law firms looking to hire us: start at Book a Call or Locations (cities and meetups)—this page is for people joining the contributor network.
Firm Leverage is a network of independent (human) contributors—no W-2 ladder, no hierarchy for its own sake.
We are selective about who carries the name. Sanctioned roles — especially city hosts — sit under written standards, vetting, and ongoing oversight; if the experience or the brand drifts, we intervene or we end the relationship. Firms should meet the same Firm Leverage wherever they find us; people who host with us get clarity and backup, not a label anyone can borrow.
We work well with people who work well with others. If you do good work and care about getting AI right in the legal industry, there's a place for you here.
Snapshot for contributors and partners—priorities shift; this is the shape of the road, not a press release.
Run the AI for Lawyers meetup in your city (LLC or individual). You bring local credibility and the room; we bring the brand, playbook, training, and enforcement—Firm Leverage keeps custody of the format and can exit the relationship if the standard slips. Hosts are vetted, not crowdsourced. Economics are built for revenue share as the network matures; no franchise fee at this stage.
Relationship-driven business development with law firms, legal ops leaders, and the broader legaltech ecosystem. You know the room — or you know how to get in it.
Systems architects and AI engineers who want to do real implementation work with law firms — RAG pipelines, local LLM deployments, data governance architecture. Not vibe coding, actual engineering.
Local event coordination, community management, session logistics. The person who makes the room work so the conversation can happen.
Manage relationships with community supporters and annual partners. You understand the no-pitching rule isn't a restriction — it's what makes the community worth being part of.
Legal ops professionals, practitioners, and researchers who want to contribute IP, frameworks, or perspective. If you're working on something that belongs in this conversation, we want to hear it.
You stay legally independent (LLC or individual). We stay accountable for the Firm Leverage name: explicit terms, playbook, training, community access, and enforcement when the room or the brand diverges from what we publish. The split is intentional — central custody of the format and brand, local execution you own — closer to a franchise than to an open affiliate program, so revenue share as the model matures stays honest for both sides. No franchise fee at this stage.
If that sounds like more guardrails than “sign up and use the logo,” it is — we would rather say no than let the name go soft. Clean agreements, clear splits, nobody stuck in a hierarchy they did not choose.
