Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 12, 2026

Firm Leverage ("we," "us," or "our") operates firmleverage.ai. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We collect and use data minimally, deliberately. We don't run ad networks, we don't sell contact lists, and we don't connect your information to third-party marketing platforms.

Current release. Public email at contact@firmleverage.ai and Cal.com self-serve scheduling on our Book a Call page are active. Mailchimp email signup forms on the meetup page are not active yet; we are not collecting personal data through those forms from this site until they are restored. Standard server logs may still be generated by our host as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Contact inquiries. If you email us at contact@firmleverage.ai or use an on-site contact path, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message, and we use that information solely to respond to you.

Booking data. When you use online scheduling via Cal.com on our Book a Call page, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. We receive that information as the meeting host. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.

Membership and mailing lists (when enabled). If we offer a join or waitlist form, we will collect only what that form asks for (for example name, email, role, city), and we will use it only for the stated purpose.

Server logs. Our hosting environment generates standard access logs (for example IP address, browser user-agent, page or resource requested, HTTP status, and timestamp). We may review those logs in the aggregate to operate the site—rough traffic levels, popular pages, and errors (including requests that return “not found”)—without using third-party analytics products in the page and without building behavioral profiles or ad segments. We do not use log data to identify individuals for marketing or cross-site tracking.

Optional country hint (homepage). The homepage may request your country code from ipapi.co once to suggest Canada vs United States for standards cards. We do not combine that with identity or marketing segments. If the request fails, we default to United States; you can switch with the on-page control.

Local display preferences. The Reads page may store which lens you selected (lawyer vs Systems Architect) using localStorage in your browser. It is not synced to our servers and is not used for cross-site tracking.

No tracking, no cookies. This site does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or any cross-site tracking. There are no pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or behavioral profiling tools on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to consultation requests and inquiries
  • To schedule and conduct booked calls via Cal.com
  • To evaluate membership or waitlist interest and onboard contributors (when we collect that information)
  • To send you updates or communications you've explicitly opted into (e.g. via a mailing list, when offered)

We do not use your information to serve you ads, build behavioral profiles, or infer information about you beyond what you've directly provided.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share data only where operationally necessary:

  • Cal.com — for scheduling on our Book a Call page. Subject to Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Email providers — if we use a transactional email service to reply to you. We use providers that process email on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal obligation — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of individuals, we may disclose information to appropriate authorities.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no legal obligation preventing it, we will do so promptly.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent to communications you previously opted into

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@firmleverage.ai or reach us via firmleverage.ai/book. We'll respond within a reasonable time frame.

6. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, reach out via contact@firmleverage.ai or firmleverage.ai/book, and we will remove it where we can.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or how we handle your data: contact@firmleverage.ai or firmleverage.ai/book.
